We attend every inspection — on your behalf if you cannot be there. We look for the things the selling agent hopes you won't notice. We consult our town planner and building professional contacts before you spend a dollar on formal due diligence. We report back in plain English.

We know what these properties are worth — not just from data, but from two decades of negotiating in this specific market. We know the agents, we know the tactics, and we know how to structure an offer that gets accepted without paying more than you should.

We get you to settlement

We coordinate your solicitor, your inspectors, and your financier — and we manage the timeline so nothing falls over between verbal acceptance and legal exchange. On settlement day, you collect your keys. Everything before that is ours to handle.
